Coming from a person-centred approach to supervision my focus is on the supervisee; how you experience yourself in your work and in your relationship with your client.
My aim is for you to feel supported whilst you grow in your practice within the context of your area of work.
Supervision is a place for learning; it can help processes emerge that get missed and clarify feelings that that were misjudged. Having another pair of eyes can enhance the progress and safety for your client.
I am an advocate of self care in supervision and will work with you to ensure you are achieving this.
