Passionate & Caring

A little insight into my background

I am a registered counsellor and clinical supervisor. I qualified as a counsellor over 8 years ago and since then have been helping adults, families, children and adolescents across Lincolnshire and Nottingham to understand their thoughts, feelings and actions better to help them to move forward and feel differently.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holder of the BACP Certificate of Proficiency, I work within its’ ethical guidelines for good practice in counselling. This means I will treat everything you tell me confidentially and will be sensitive to your needs and professional in how I work.

Therapy Space

Location, Location, Location!

I believe that an important aspect of the counselling process includes the space we are working in. This belief motivated me to devise a choice of spaces that allow us to work inside and outside whilst maintaining your privacy.

These spaces include a bell tent, ancient woodland and wooden retreat. Due to our busy schedules we often do not have the time to embrace being outdoors so by being able to incorporate this into counselling and supervision sessions I think the results gained by the individual are increased substantially.

“Every time I leave Siobhan’s soothing office, I am glowing with gratitude. I always remind myself of how lucky this world is to have such a wonderful person/ resource in our midst. I highly recommend her services to anyone who wants to find peace and joy in their relationship with self and others. ”
